Refunds- Sales are final 25 days after the purchase date. We allow two transfers of dates at no charge (Up to two years from the date of purchase). You may transfer to another student for a $75 service charge. All requests must be in writing. Emails do count but please make a call to our office if you do not receive a reply 24 hours after you submit a request.
